• Reside in a country we ship to (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations)

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions (including tents, sleeping bags, cooking equipment, and other outdoor gear) but cannot guarantee that all descriptions are entirely error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Used sleeping bags and mats (from Sleeping Bags and Mats & Swags categories)
• Opened hydration products (from Hydration category)
• Personalized or custom-made items (from Other category)

Unless these items are faulty upon receipt.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email
• We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• We’ll notify you when your order ships with tracking information

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this won’t affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 AUD via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. Factors like customs processing and your location may affect actual delivery times. We’re not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4.3 Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives:

• Inspect the package for visible damage before accepting
• Report any shipping damage to the carrier immediately
• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from receipt of order. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
• You must provide valid proof of purchase
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our approval and RMA number
3. Package the item securely with all original materials

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our error)
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission
